Fiesta Salad

(i took this to a church gathering and was asked for the recipe, however, it is more of a method, so many variations will work)

romaine lettuce
canned black beans (rinsed and drained)
can corn(rinsed and drained, i like to use the fiesta corn if i have it on hand)
bell peppers-diced (i like all but green in this salad)
shredded cheddar cheese
corn chips

dressing:
equal parts italian dressing and picante sauce

you can add taco meat or grilled chicken to make it a whole meal
