Banana Pudding Cake
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1 cup water
1/4 cup oil
2 mashed ripe bananas
a few spoonfuls of sour cream
combine all together and pour in greased and floured bunt pan. bake at 35o for 35-45 minutes depending on your oven.
cream cheese frosting (optional)
1 8 oz block crm cheese (softened)
5 T unsalted butter (softened)
1/2 t vanilla
1 1/4 cups confectioners sugar
1 t sour cream
combine all but powdered sugar first, then add powdered sugar until creamy.

- I have three great passions: faith, family and food. And now, I desire to combine these for God's glory. Recently, our hearts were broken over the great need in Rwanda. Street kids scrounging in the dump to find something they can eat. We began praying as a family, how can we help? How can we make a difference? Our greatest desire is to support more children, to meet them, to love on them, and change lives for His glory. This is all about Him, and being used of Him.
