Banana Pudding Cake

1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1 cup water
1/4 cup oil
2 mashed ripe bananas
a few spoonfuls of sour cream

combine all together and pour in greased and floured bunt pan. bake at 35o for 35-45 minutes depending on your oven.

cream cheese frosting (optional)

1 8 oz block crm cheese (softened)
5 T unsalted butter (softened)
1/2 t vanilla
1 1/4 cups confectioners sugar
1 t sour cream

combine all but powdered sugar first, then add powdered sugar until creamy.
