Fiber Energy Bars
Prepare any 2 loaf bread recipe.  Add 1/2 the amount of flour, then add 1 cup of raisins (I like golden), 1 cup nuts, and 1 cup rolled oats.  2 T. sunflower seeds.  For the nuts and seeds, I like to use walnuts, pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds.  Add remaining flour and knead for 5-8 minutes.  Let rise for about 30-45 min.  Roll out on a floured surface into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.  Cut in strips about 1x3 inches.  Place on cookie sheet and let rise for another 30-45 min.  Bake at 400 10-15 min.  I like to use parchment paper.
