Sopapilla Cheesecake

2 cans crescent rolls
3-8 oz. blocks cream cheese (softened)
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 t. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar (this sugar, mixed with the cinn. is for sprinkling over the top)
2 t. cinnamon
1 stick melted butter

spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray, roll out 1 can crescent rolls.
blend cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla and spread over crescent rolls. roll out other can of crescent rolls. pour melted butter over top. sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over top.
bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
