Thanks to my friend Diedre R. for this yummy recipe. It is great served on whole grain pita chips or bagel crisps. And don't be upset if there is a bit left over because it is also great warmed up and put in a baked potato.
3- 8 oz blocks cream cheese (softened)
1 onion (finely diced)
1/2 c mayo
2 c parm cheese
Mix all together- bake 350 for 35-40 min.
